I stayed up late watching the moon,

 as clouds came and went.

Its the space i kept thinking about,

the distance from here to there,

 trying to see it clearly, to understand air.

Its then that i realized,

  that while on some nights it shines full and bright,

and only a little in the calm and quiet,

 i do know the moon, 

at least from its current height,
and someday soon i will ask for new secrets,

and maybe it might, come a little closer,

but now,

 I think thats all for tonight.
